    Jordan handles this himself. Expect a short back-and-forth by email, and possibly a request for photos and/or rough measurements if you can get them.

  3. You get a preliminary number.

    A realistic cost range for the work, sent by email. No follow-up calls. Sit on it, compare it, or throw it out.

If the range works and you want to go further, we'll book a site visit and put together a firm quote. What you're quoted will always match what you're invoiced.
